ORDER PROCESSING
Our policy by-law is that every patient must fill out a Patient Information Form and accept the terms contained in the Customer agreement. Patients are then asked to mail or fax the completed forms, along with their original prescription(s) from a licensed American physician, to our facility. Once we receive the prescription, our pharmacists review it for authenticity (included is a check to ensure that the American physician has a license and is in good standing with the State Medical Board). Our staff then checks for product availability and follows safe prescribing guidelines.
The prescription is entered into our system that includes all the interaction checking components. We then prepare the prescription and it is then reviewed by our Canadian doctor(s). After it has met all criteria, the doctor signs the prescription and approves it for processing.
Licensed Canadian pharmacists then produce the prescription label for the product to be dispensed. The patient file, which includes the prescription, prescription label, invoice, payment information, and the patient medical history form, is prepared for the dispensing check by the pharmacist (only). Once approved the pharmacist signs and labels the product.
FACILITY
Our 5500 square foot automated licensed facility currently fills over 400 prescriptions per day. At full capacity we can fill up to 2,000 prescriptions per day.
